Telehealth therapy is counselling and therapy through a phone or video call.

Text Therapy
Text therapy supports individuals who prefer written communication over
face-to-face interactions.

We use Signal, an app that can be downloaded (for free) and ensures confidentiality with
self-deleting messages after a timed period.

NDIS services
I offer NDIS counselling categorized under Improved Daily Living.

These services are billed under the category of social work, with a maximum allowable rate
of $193 per billing. I currently bill all clients at the same rate across settings, as this aligns with
my personal and professional values. Additional costs can apply for face-to-face sessions
to reflect travel time (up to 30 minutes as per NDIS guidelines) and report writing services if requested.

All sessions typically go for around 60 minutes.

Do you accept Mental Health Care Plans?

Accredited Mental Health Social Workers can accept mental health care plans.
This is a goal I am working towards, however, at the moment I am not
yet accredited therefore MHCP is not required.

Not all MHCP providers bulk bill so I attempt to match the price with the
out-pocket expenses to ensure affordability.
